BreathWork for Grappling
Mahara Breathwork for Grappling is about creating habits, and learning the correct biomechanical way to breathe. By understanding and learning about our breathing mechanics we can down regualte our nervous system and control our anxieties, effort levels and stay away from the fight or flight side of our nervous system we tend to lean towards within the Martial Arts world. By being able to stay calm through the use of our breath we can roll, train and compete in a more functional and efficient way.
